Our Aquarejuvenation devices comprise two hand units carrying out the following two essential functions: Biopeeling on the one hand and the projection of microjets of water under controlled pressure on the other hand. Prior to the action of the high power water jets , a bio peeling is essential in order to allow the penetration of active molecule used during the treatment in the dermis.
Treatment phase 1: Preparation of the skin by BIO PEELING®

Bio peeling comprises the abrasion of the upper layers of the epidermis by the projection / re-aspiration of a fine powder with a particle size of the order of 120µ onto the surface of the skin using the Bio Peel® hand unit. The powder is obtained by the microgrinding of fruit stones (apricot and olive). The purpose of this initial phase is to remove the outermost layer of the epidermis formed by the stratum corneum in order to boost the transepidermal penetration of microjets of water carrying active anti-ageing molecules during the second treatment phase. This gentle, pain-free microdermabrasion procedure leaves the Stratum granulosum (granular layer), spinosum (spinous or prickle cell layer) and basal layer intact. Its purpose is to exert corrective skin resurfacing action and to boost epidermal turnover and collagen synthesis

Treatment phase 2: Projection of microjets of sterile water under controlled hyperpressure

This second phase involves using the second hand unit in the WATER BEAM® system, namely the Aqua Peel® which, with its high-pressure sprays (of the order of 18 bars) projects sterile water onto the skin. Various cosmetic active substances, which are chosen depending on the effect required, are added to the sterile water immediately before use in order to produce an aqueous treatment solution. MEDICAMAT Company offers 3 solutions: depigmenting treatment and anti-seborrhoeal treatment in addition to anti-ageing treatment). The aqueous treatment solution selected is projected onto the skin at very high pressure via a specially designed nozzle on the Aqua peel® hand unit before being re-aspirated using a vacuum system. The variable pressure ranges from 15 to 18 bars Duration of this second phase: about 15 minutes. Intake by various targeted skin cells of active substances and nutrients introduced into the 500 ml of sterile water immediately before use. |

In this context, the freeze-dried cosmetic preparations developed by MEDICAMAT are to be diluted in sterile water immediately before use and offer several advantages:
Virtually limitless storage given the complete lack of water in the freeze-dried preparation and the presence of the vacuum in the amber glass bottle containing the latter.
Hence there was no need to add chemical preservatives such as parabens or phenoxy-ethanol to the preparation.
