MEDICAMAT
History of the products
Having introduced Dermalight in the market of phototherapy with UVA in France , MEDICAMAT also distributed CO² lasers for few years before deciding to manufacture its own products from 1988 on.
In 1988 it uses electro-fibrogenesis to reduce wrinkles with a device called Generaderm. Since then it has finalised a number of non invasive and most of the time patented techniques like :
- electrolipolysis with the Stéatron (1990) for reduction of fat
- ultrasonic liposculpture with the B.U.S Endotron (1993) for ultra sonic liposuction
- microdermabrasion with corundum powder, the Parisian Peel in the U.S.A (1998)
- hair transplant automation with the Omnigraft (2000)
- microdermabrasion with fruit nuts powder : the Bio-Peel (2000).
the R&D efforts in the past years have led to new products like:
- the Morpho Sonic Endotron, a "three in one" device for ultrasonic liposculpture (infiltration, cavitation and suction units are all included) for a safer way of doing liposuction
- the Parisian Contouring, a new generation of depresso-massage
- the Water-Beam, a revolutionary concept for skin rejuvenation which uses high pressure micro jets of water as trans-epidermal carriers.
- The Aquarejuve I and Aquarejuve II derived from Water-Beam but for the aesthetic market
- And more lately the Punch Hair Matic also called Neograft : a kind of robot for the automation of Hair transplant
- New products are being developed and should be launched soon
